Who We Are
Founded in 2005 | Toronto, Canada
Aries Advisory Group is a consulting firm focused on helping clients navigate critical business decisions.
We work with clients on strategy, financing, and M&A—bringing a practical, experienced perspective to situations where the outcome matters.
Our role is not to provide theoretical advice. It’s to help you make better decisions, avoid unnecessary risk, and execute with confidence.
How We Work
We take a direct, practical approach to every engagement.
- We get directly involved in the details
- We challenge assumptions and identify risks early
- We communicate clearly and candidly
- We focus on outcomes, not process
If we can help, we will. If we can’t, we’ll tell you—and, where possible, point you in the right direction.
Our Perspective
Our experience spans operating roles, advisory work, and complex financial situations—including transactions, financing processes, and restructuring environments.
That combination allows us to:
- Understand how businesses actually operate
- Anticipate how lenders, buyers, and other stakeholders think
- Identify issues before they become problems
- Position our clients to achieve better results
We measure our success by the quality of decisions our clients make—and the results that follow.
