Accountability of Results
To ensure accountability of company results, the following must be in place:
- Buy in from all employees regarding the company's core ideology;
- Roles, responsibilities and expectations are clearly defined so that there are no misconceptions about the intended results;
- Internal processes and systems that provide relevant, timely and reliable feedback on your results.
